How We Work
In order to produce consistent results we follow a system of work that we have developed over many years of experience. To ensure that your building project runs smoothly we put in place sufficient information so that the builder understands the clients requirements and nothing is missed out leading to expensive extras later in the project
Step 1
Obtain all drawings and documents produced so far by the client or agent
Step 2
Review and add additional information to ensure that our minimum standards of information have been provided
Step 3
Create copies of all project infomation and send out the tender package to the approved list of builders
Step 4
Arrange for each builder to visit the site and meet with the client
Step 5
Recieve tenders back and submit to the client
Step 6
If requried, amend the design to suit the budget
Step 7
Draft building contract between client and builder with payment schedule and final set of drawings and specification

Our sister company The Home Shop Ltd can provide you with all the architectural plans, planning permission, building control approval and everything else you need to execute a successful building project.
We don't tender all projects. Only larger projects over the value of around £30,000 and more.
